Timothy P. Howells, CPA , founded Prosser Howells, P.A. in 1982. His background is in construction, manufacturing, and small business accounting, and he has extensive experience in taxation, retirement and financial consulting. Tim is a Florida Licensed Insurance professional. He is currently a board member of the Florida Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and a member of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council. Pat Howells, CPA, has been practicing since 1985 and has extensive experience in accounting software analysis, implementation and customization. She focuses on accounting and taxation for small businesses and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Pat is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
Bruce A. Mills, Tax Practitioner, joined Prosser Howells, P.A. in 2009, after 21 years as owner and CEO of one of the largest marine construction companies in the Tampa bay area. He has a degree In Business Administration from Rollins College and is a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals. . His experience and education have provided a unique understanding of the tax ramifications of today’s business and economic climates on individual tax strategies. His many civic leadership positions include:
